location is great room was good
I came to a conference- the catering was poor: no hot food and limited quantity for lunch

Location was good, bar was relaxing although shut early
The room was a bit tatty and in need of some TLC. One of the lifts was out of order for the 3 days I was there. Parking was an interesting experience.

Breakfast was good. Manager on front desk dealt with an issue with the booking very well.
That the spa no longer exists on notable places of booking! Some mildly dubious artwork over the bed of 349!

The location was perfect and the service was faultless. Bathroom was clean. The inroom coffee/tea set was a nice touch.
The breakfast can be improved (Eggs were cold aswell as bacon being tough and tasteless). Breakfast area seating needs to be improved as outdoor seating is not quirky it's just uncomfortable.

The staff were all very polite, cheerful and helpful. The room rates and prices for food were fair.
For a 4 star hotel it was, overall, a little disappointing. The dining was limited - let's face it, Keepers is just a level above ordinary pub food. The rooms were nothing above ordinary. Parking was something of a mystery - no clear explanations.

the location is perfect. the rooms are small and quite old but the decoration is nice. very nice staff at the reception.
the swimming pool and the sauna are not in use and is not what it says on their page!! housekeeping staff kept knocking on our door to check if the room was vacant when our check out was ours after.

The location was good and the free juice in reception was nice
There was an eggy smell around reception/ the lift areas the whole time The car park was quite difficult to get out of as we didn’t know we needed a seperate ticket to leave The rooms were very dark, one big light would have also been helpful

Great location, comfortable rooms.
Food not good at all. Most of the items on the dinner menu were unavailable despite us being the first to order on the night. Even the Peroni had run out at the bar. Breakfast was even worse - stone cold and the orange juice was so diluted.

Fabulous location, comfortable double room with required bath.
Accommodating staff, hotel not too full which made the stay pleasant.
Some closing door noise but not enough to keep us awake.
